Enjoy our natural spring water in the in-house spa. Our hot and mineral-rich thermal water flows directly into our 38 degrees warm relaxation pools. Spring, summer, auutmn or winter you’ll always enjoy the wealthy warmth of our pools. The spring water has a proven effect on health. The state-approved healing water contains various valuable minerals and unfolds its beneficial healing powers. There are also relaxation rooms and a large sun terrace, inviting you to spend some cosy hours wrapped up in a cosy bathrobe.
The thermal oasis awaits with heated indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools, and sun terraces. Here, you can wrap yourself in peace, breathe deeply, and let go. Herbs and delicate fragrances float through the air while our expert masseurs and beauticians invite you to indulge in treatments designed to soothe, restore, and energise.

The Sauna Landscape
Our sauna world is inspired by the rolling Rottal valley. Warm wood tones, natural stone, hay elements, and elegant reeds create a sense of comfort and connection to nature. Spacious lounging areas offer privacy, while skylights fill the rooms with daylight even on grey days.
Choose your heat: a gentle sanarium, the classic Finnish sauna, or the rustic log cabin sauna. Whichever you choose, relaxation is guaranteed.
The Spa Area
Wellbeing also means looking after your skin and body. We use exclusive cosmetics products, created from 100% natural ingredients and free of harmful preservatives. Tailored to your personal needs, these treatments are as gentle as they are effective.
Massages
Pampering is part of the Bavarian tradition. We offer massages are more than relaxation – they are a return to nature. Our therapists use homemade products crafted from herbs, oils, and natural raw materials sourced from the region. Treatments can be enjoyed alone or shared as a couple’s ritual. We even have a discovery package for our youngest travellers.
